Tenacore Appoints New Vice President Engineering & Service Operations

Tenacore has announced that the company has appointed Jake keck as the Vice President of Engineering & Service Operations. In his new role, the newly appointed VP Engineering & Service Operations will lead the quality team and operations for the implementation of a new quality management system and a new service operating model. Jake Keck will directly report to the Chief Executive Officer of the company, James Willett.

Furthermore, the Jake Keck team would also be responsible to transform service line capabilities, enabling Tenacore to reengineer current service and the transition of the company’s new service operation management platform.

The company has further added that Jake Keck is the final addition to the new senior management team of the company along with other members, including Brandon Anaya as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Barbara Bitzer as Chief Financial Officer and James Willet as the Chief Executive Officer as of February 2020.

Chief Executive Officer of Tenacore, James Willett said, “Jake is an outstanding addition to the Tenacore team, bringing a diverse base of experience in medical product design and operations leadership that will enable Tenacore to broaden and strengthen core service and repair capabilities.”

Sharing his thoughts over the new appointment, the newly appointed Vice President of Engineering & Service Operations, Jake Keck said, “I am excited to join the leadership team at Tenacore and lead the operations and quality organizations as we expand the company into a leading force in the medical equipment service depot market.” “This role provides an opportunity to apply a range of engineering and quality practices that are commonplace in the OEM market and make certain they are part of our standard operating practices at Tenacore. We want to ensure we are delivering for our customers and the patients they serve each day.” Jake Keck further added in the statement.
